Some of the 209 air-conditioned rooms at the Usual Rotterdam are furnished with a writing table, and appointed with coffee and tea makers. Certain rooms also include an electric kettle, coffee and tea making machines, and a kitchenware. Providing a roll-in shower and a separate toilet, some bathrooms have hairdryers.
